Logging Into My Workspace

To log into your workspace first enter the email address and the password used to create your account.
  • Go to https://app.botscheduling.com
  • Click Sign In
  • After entering the email address and password..
  • If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts. (You can also follow the link below for further assistance.)

Setting Up My Workspace

After creating your workspace, you can initiate the setup process. At the top of the workspace dashboard, you will find a bar displaying the message "This workspace is displaying sample data" along with the option to clear all sample data. The sample data serves as a great way to explore the potential of your workspace, showcasing examples of customers, appointments, resources, services, etc. Once you have reviewed and cleared the sample data, proceed to input your business's details. This includes adding your customers, and resources, and customizing your permissions and settings.

My Workspace User Menu

The workspace user menu is a convenient feature in your interface. Click on your user name to view the dropdown menu, providing easy access to various options that are specific to your user account. This user menu empowers you to manage your profile, settings, and tickets efficiently.

My Workspace Profile

Setting up your workspace profile is a straightforward process that ensures you get the most out of your work environment. To begin, locate your name and from the drop-down menu, select "profile" from the options. This will take you to your profile page, where you can start customizing your workspace, adding essential information, and uploading your avatar.

My Workspace Settings

To tailor your workspace experience, choose "Settings" to access a new page where you can customize your preferences. Adjust the settings to suit your needs, from notification options to appearance and integrations.

My Tickets        

The Support Tickets folder is a handy feature for managing support inquiries efficiently and allowing you to consolidate and organize your submitted support tickets. This ensures you can easily stay on top of your requests, providing prompt responses and seamless support. Every interaction is recorded and associated with a unique ticket ID, creating a comprehensive history of your interactions for consistent communication and effective resolution of your support needs.
