How to add a credit card

Credit card payments are the most widely used and convenient method for online transactions. All major credit cards are accepted such as Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express.

Select the settings gear and choose Billing
Under Payment Methods, select ADD PAYMENT METHOD
Enter the required information and SAVE CARD

How to remove a credit card

(NOTE - You cannot remove a credit card if there is only one on file)

Select the ellipses associated with the credit card you wish to remove
Choose the Remove option

Assigning a default payment method

A default payment method is used to renew your plan automatically. When you add a credit card to your account to purchase a plan, your credit card is saved on your account for future use. You can add or change your default payment by following the steps below.

Select the credit card you wish to be the default payment method
Choose "Make Default"

(NOTE - The default option will only be available if you have two or more methods of payment on file)

What if there is an issue with my credit card?

We want to ensure your billing process goes as smoothly as possible. If you have any issues our bots are available to assist you in getting it worked out. Create a ticket, and in the subject include "Billing" and in the description, state your issue.
