How to invite a new user

To add new users to your workspace, simply go to your settings and select users. Find the invite option, once chosen a pop window will appear to enter the email and permissions your new user will have. (Note; you can always change this permission setting later.) Once the invite has been accepted, you will see your new user listed on your users' page. From here you can remove or change permission access the users have.

How to remove an existing user

To remove users, find the users page in your workspace and the user you wish to remove. Select the remove option located in the ellipses. A warning will appear confirming that you want to delete the user and the action cannot be undone. Once the user is deleted, you will receive an email to let you know the user has been deleted from your workspace.

What are pending users?

Once an invite has been sent, it will remain in a pending status while the recipient will have 24 hours to view and accept the invitation. Within this time, the invite can either be resent or removed. If resent, the 24-hour expiration time will restart. If removed is chosen, the invitation is void and will not allow access to the workspace. After the invitation is accepted the invite will no longer show as pending.
