Support Tickets

Support tickets are important for efficient issue resolution, effective user communication, and gathering feedback to enhance the software's functionality.

Creating a Ticket

To create a new ticket, simply navigate to the ticket homepage and locate the "+" button. You can then specify the subject matter, compose your ticket message, and submit it with ease.

Cancelling or Closing a Ticket

If you've resolved your issue or no longer need help, simply select the ticket and "close ticket." The closed ticket will appear in your closed tickets category.( Note: A closed ticket cannot be reopened; a new ticket would have to be created.)

Ticket Color Definitions

Support tickets in the BotScheduling system are color-coded for quick identification: green for open tickets awaiting support resolution, yellow for open tickets awaiting user responses, and red for resolved or closed tickets.
