Ticket authorization is essential to control access, maintain security, and ensure accountability for resolving customer issues.

Authorizing Tickets

It may be necessary to authorize your ticket based on how the ticket was created. If you are asked to authorize a ticket, you can do so by following these steps; 
  • Identify the ticket that requires authorization, and open its view page by selecting it from your ticket list.
  • On the right side of the ticket, choose "authorize" from the drop-down menu.
Once you've successfully authorized the ticket,the ticket is now ready to be addressed.
