How to view customer appointments

  • After accessing the Customer homepage, find the specific customer whose appointments you wish to see.
  • Select the "Appointments" option.
  • This page allows you to view and edit both past and current customer appointments. 
(Please note that past appointments are displayed according to your subscription's data retention policy.)
