Customer Notes
Customer notes allow you to track interactions, preferences, and important information about each customer. Notes help provide personalized service and improve communication across your team.
Viewing customer notes
To access notes for a customer:
- Navigate to the Customers page
- Click on the customer whose notes you want to view
- Select "Notes" tab
This page displays all notes associated with the customer, showing both your private notes and public notes from other team members.
Creating a new note
To add a note to a customer record:
- Open the customer's notes page
- Click "Add Note" button
- Type your note in the text field
- Choose the note visibility:
Private - Only you can see this note
Internal - Only internal users can see note
Public - All customers/users in the workspace can see this note
- Click "Save" to add the note
Important: Notes are for internal use only and are never visible to customers.
Editing notes
To edit an existing note:
- Locate the note you want to edit
- Click the edit icon or ellipses next to the note
- Make your changes
- Click "Save" to update the note
Note: You can only edit notes that you created.
Deleting notes
To remove a note:
- Find the note you want to delete
- Click the delete icon or ellipses next to the note
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Warning: Deleted notes cannot be recovered. Only delete notes you no longer need.

- Use notes to record customer preferences, allergies, or special requests
- Document important conversations or agreements
- Track customer history and patterns
- Use public notes to share important information with your team
- Use private notes for personal reminders or sensitive information
