Understanding the Ticket System
BotScheduling's ticket system lets users report issues or ask for help. They submit a "ticket" with details, which is tracked and managed. The ticket system helps organize and prioritize user requests, ensuring that they are addressed promptly.
Managing My Tickets
To manage your tickets, locate them under your workspace username. Simply select "Tickets" to view and manage your open and closed tickets, or to create new ones as required.
How Do I Create a Ticket?
To create a new ticket, navigate to the ticket system and click on the "+Ticket" button. Enter the subject of the ticket and describe the issue you need assistance with. After filling out the necessary information, click "Create Ticket" to submit your request for review. Your new ticket will be categorized as "open" until it is reviewed and resolved, at which point it will be moved to the "closed" category.
