What Are Groups?

In BotScheduling, groups are like folders that help you organize things. You can group people who work together or resources that are used together.

Groups make it easier to manage schedules because you can do things to the whole group at once, like assign tasks or send messages. They also help keep things organized and ensure everyone has the right access to information.

Groups can serve various purposes, such as categorizing customers or clients, resources, or services. 

When creating a group, it's important to provide a clear name and description that accurately reflect the group's purpose. After creating the group, remember to enable the record in the group by sliding the toggle switch.

For instance, consider a scenario where clients take vocal lessons. They could be grouped together with other clients who also take vocal lessons. However, if a client takes both vocal and guitar lessons, they might belong to two separate groups: one for vocal lessons and another for guitar lessons.
